This season was really fantastic, a lot of people have been telling me the show was going downhill but after seeing this I cant disagree more firmly, I think this was the best season yet.

Re watching this has led us to a conclusion, All that has happened is All Might's fault.

We agree that Izuku is the perfect successor as he has the heart of a hero, but AM should have told him the truth at the beginning. Deku has an immense sense of responsibility and as such would obviously decide to go it alone rather than get others hurt or perhaps killed.
But this is too much to put on a childs shoulders, He is 16 at this time and it's unfair to burden him with the fate of the entire world. AM should have told him "You and your friends will need to be strong as this will need all of you" not "You may one day have to face the evil of All for One" This could have all been avoided if he just gave Deku proper advice.
It may have ended up this way dispite what he said but at least he would have told him that it's not all on his shoulders.
If everyone knew the secret then they could have prepared in advance, And then if it turned out that AFO was dead they would just have had really powerful pro to be the next Generation.
But ever since the Nomu was captured they should have assumed the worst case and doubled down on training to get them ready for anything.
Endeavor and the others share the blame as well since they should have sent him back to school and not encouraged this sacrificial attitude of Deku's.

Sorry for ranting but we had to get that out.

Mid 2024 is season 7... But then it's going to be slow coming and then dubs gonna be even later .. might need to try catching the rest of the story from the manga
